Not a busy Monday night. Sit down at the bar where there are just 2 other people. No one bothered to welcome me or acknowledge I was there. Got up and left. Plenty of competitors in the area.
Possibly my last visit to Chili's.
Plan to wait for over 45 minutes, and then get kicked out of line. Then proceed to try to talk to a staff member and get ignored. If I could, I would put 0 stars. Absolutely the worst chili's around.
The new local is nice redone, but with that came a new menu. Different food lost lots of old favorites and price increased. Haven't been back in a year.
I definitely think the quality of food has gone down compared to what was presented prior to moving to Turkey Creek. The ribs were so-so and the sauce on the chicken strips tasted like a lot of dry seasoning not mixed well. The service was great, but sadly the food was not
Food was good, but service was not as good as at other Chili's. Server was not very attentive, Never received a refill of tea, so I asked for water and never got that. Very disappointed!
