I asked Rob for special attention to my back as I have had three spinal surgeries which has caused a muscle in my upper back, in between my scapula and spine, to be in a constant spasm. WOW! Did he ever do a great job in following my request. When I exited the treatment room, I telephoned my wife, who was shopping, that I was finished and she could pick me up. Rob's massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep three times in the reception area while waiting for my wife.
Everyone there was deeply concerned about customer service and I can say that without fear of retraction as I used to teach and preach good customer service (exceeding the customer's expectations) as I was a store manager and traveling supervisor for Wal-Mart.

My husband had booked an appointment for this weekend that he was surprising me with. Your staff called to reschedule. Staff on the phone was rude so much so that I canceled the appointment. Will never go here and will never recommend this place. What is so hard about being kind? You get further in life with a decent attitude. Place has zero regard for customer service.
