Price: their sale price, especially during promotional periods (holidays) is unbeatable. They'll match any advertised price whether at brick-n-mortar or online price. Because of the great service, even if another retailer has a lower price, we've taken our business to Discount Tire due to the price match policy.
Set I ordered didn't make it, and then the transport company locally appears not to give a rats ass. So be aware and order anything at least a month ahead.

Got a nail in my less than year old tires. They checked and repaired for free. Excellent customer service and work flow. If recommend taking advantage of their scheduling tool online so you can be sure to spend a set amount of time there. Otherwise you may be there for a while waiting to get your vehicle serviced.
They have very good prices and excellent service IMHO.
Top notch customer service. Josh was more than happy to help me out with a damaged tire even though I did not buy the tires there. The young technician torqued all my wheels to spec after replacing the one tire. Also used the proper thin wall socket on my aftermarket wheels. They also reinstalled my spare before sending my on my way. Will do business here in the future.

Service: they'll fix (plug) your tires for free even if you didn't buy the tires from them. They are super quick of service as well. We had all four tires switched out in 30 minutes. We received similar level of service in 4 different stores in 2 different states.
