Nice store but they did not let me use my coupon on my shoes
Wish I could remember her name but the cashier at the counter who helped me was very nice and efficient. I was there close to closing and she didn't make me feel rushed. Great customer service I was impressed!
FINALLY...a Penny's with a complete inventory....the selection was nice both women and men....the housewares department was extensive as well as the domestics department...... it's worth stopping.
Took me hours to find what I wanted there were literally 20 people in line and one or two people checking out so I put my merchandise that was in my buggy aside and started to walk out the door when an employee gave me the dreaded stare down because I dared to leave it. This store needs to be more organized and staffed better we are in Farragut Tennessee where people love to shop. Couldn't believe the treatment and how long the line was.
I was so excited to find exactly what I was looking for! I would actually like to see what I am buying and be able to handle it. That is what I did today at J C Penney.
