have had many great experinces there,showing up near chlossing time,haveing bulky or akward packages etc.thay have never been any thing but helpfull and frindly,oh yea there are no long lines!
The guys here are super helpful and friendly. I'm so glad I found this place as a quick, easy alternative for mailing, faxing, copying, and cute gifts.
Pretty drab environment. There seems to be no apparent urgency to get things done fast. I got my fingerprints done there and I had an appointment at 10:20 am. They didn't do my prints till a half hour later. This place would better suit a wild west scene with tumble weed in the back drop.
Had a fingerprint appointment for my handgun carry permit at 9:30 am. Since they open at 9 am I thought it would be in and out pretty quick. The owner finally showed up at 9:45am with no keys to get in with. He told us, me and three other people who had been waiting at the front door since 9, that we could come back later as he had to go get keys. That was really stupid as the sign said on Saturdays they are open from 9 till 10. This place is a dump that is run by an idiot. Avoid this dump.
Always super nice and helpful when I come in, great, fast service. They also carry such cute gifts in the store! I prefer stopping here over Farragut PO any day (although the Farragut postal workers are super nice, it's just insanely busy).
Edit: I just found out that my fingerprints are not in their system or in MorphoTrust USA's system and I payed for nothing. Now I risk not being able to continue working at my job until it is figured out. I am incredibly disapointed and I'm waiting on a call from MorphoTrust to get things resolved when the problem most likely stemmed from Goin' Postal
