HORRIBLE customer service! I started going when Meaghan (who was AMAZING) was my stylist- and after she left I was referred to Noel (which was a fiasco in itself). Despite VERY specific notes about what needs to be done to get me hair right (My hair processes color funky) and despite a conversation pre-doing my hair, I left the salon with hair that I wasn't happy with. So they made me an appointment to go back three days later --they have a rule that if you come back within 3 days to fix something it's free and the 3rd day was the earliest they could get me back in. So when I went back Noel wanted to argue with me about my hair, told me she didn't have time to fix my whole head (despite me already paying for my whole head). I was trying to be understanding and nice so I said I could come back later or the following week. She then informed me that if I had to come back she would have to charge me AGAIN! And then she said she was booked up and couldn't get me in anytime soon. Not my fault and shouldn't be my problem! She then proceeded to go back to the back room and while she was mixing my color, she was complaining about me to whomever was in the room with her. She then rushed through my hair, still didn't do the foiling or let it process correctly and I had to go somewhere else, pay someone else and have everything fixed.
Andrew Cox does a wonderful job, I highly recommend him. He takes his time, and makes the experience very fun. The salon employees are professional and make the process easy. They offer many specials and discounts. Andrew did my hair a few weeks ago and it is by far the best my hair has ever looked. 5 stars for him!
This was the best salon experience I have ever had! I did not feel rushed and was able to relax during my visit. Jocelyn did an amazing job with my hair and was very professional. She is very personable and will make sure you are satisfied with the end result. I have had previous hairdressers that do not compare at all to Jocelyn or the experience at GoGlamorous. I have found my new favorite spa!
I would stay away from this place, especially Noel.
It was obvious she didn't want to fix it and it was obvious she didn't care about her clients wants or needs.
I LOVE going there! Noel is the best hair colorist in the area, I got gorgeous results and loved my cut too! And you are treated like a queen, like going to a spa. And my daughters all go there now. I am a dedicated and repeat customer. I know they also do make up, blow outs, and nails, and probably more. So glad Go Glamorous came to Turkey Creek, highest recommendations!
I found GoGlamorous while visiting, and I am so thankful I did. I now make the two hour drive to see Jocelyn monthly. I cannot sing her praises enough. She is fabulous, and she really takes the time to make sure your experience is the best. I refuse to go anywhere else.
