Repaired and cleaned my wedding rings. They were passed down to me from my mother and were purchased in 1972. They looked brand new! Price was very reasonable too.
STAY AWAY! Worst jeweler in town. I bought a ring for my wife and was told that they will fit the size for her. When my wife was picking it up, they asked her to pay $45 for the fitting.

I went in to buy 2 charms for Mothers Day. Paid the extra $58 dollars for it to be sent over night so I could send it over night to Atlanta. No call the nex day for it, no call the following day either. Went in to see if they had arrived, the Mananger told me she was unsure what was going on and had another employee go look to see if they came in. They were in a Fed ex over night bag. I was given the charms to review, which they were ok, but my son & I stood there while the Manager and employee fiddles with time sheets and such. Then when they finally returned their attention to us, then wanted to go back through the process of charging for them, I had already paid for them. I asked if I would get my overnite fee back, I was told no by the employee, the overnite charge was equal to what I paid for the charms. I am in the business of customer service, and I would have been embarrassed if my employees, especially the store manager, acted in the manner that they did. So charms were okay, the engraving was not proportional to the charm, it was too large. So, 1 star for the jewelry, 0 on customer service.
I've never had jewelry store charging extra for fitting a $1,000 ring. The owner lied to me that she will fit the size or at least wasn't clear they charge extra which is ridiculous and stupid thing to do. Stay away from this business, and if you do shop here for any reason, ask them if they charge for a case, gift wrap, cleaning, etc.
