Called these guys for a quick over the phone estimate, they were able to answer any and all of our questions. The price was awesome. Timing was good too.
I was shipping a project antique truck over 1200 miles and needed help in car moving. They were not the low price but their professional approach appealed to me. Laura kept me updated all way to the delivery. She was very helpful and informative throughout the process. The only minor issue throughout was the lack of updates from the carrier, and Laura closed the gap for me on both pickup and delivery ends. Keep up the good work and all the best!!
So far I am not impressed with this company. My car is scheduled for a pick up tomorrow or the next day and I still don't know when!! I have called and called for an ETA, and all I get is " we're still working on the schedule and we'll get back to you." I am running out of time and patience with AmPm Auto Transport!
They offered the best price in the area. I figured I saved about $185. The delivery was late due to a mechanical problem but the car arrived in a great shape, so I was happy. They were extremely prompt and organized throughout the entire process.
My car was picked on time but it was unessessarily difficult getting it delivered. AmPm Auto Transport and the driver both quoted me a specific day for delivery but there was nothing to show when that day came. I called and spoke to a representative the next evening who came up with excuse after excuse for why I was given THREE different delivery times by the driver. When my car wasn't delivered after the third quote I called again and spoke to a ruder representative who hung up on me when I didn't have my confirmation number ready. My car was delivered almost TWO days after I was originally quoted without an apology. DO NOT do business with this unprofessional company, worst customer service in Knoxville, Tennessee.
