My husband and I have been here a couple of times for various injuries. We love it. They are very good about working around your schedule. You work intimately with your physical therapist on a plan of action to improve. You get plenty of personal attention, lots of time to discuss any concerns you might have. And your time is spent with a physical therapist, not an assistant. We have both been to other pt places, but we love it here. We will not go anywhere else.
Very friendly & helpful staff. My therapist has gone above & beyond to make sure I am in even better shape than before I my injury. Which I imagine I haven't made an easy task.
I hate to rate this business low, because I would say that the physical therapists were good at their jobs and seemed professional. However, I had a difficult time with the billing office and a refund returned to me because of overpayment. It took 2 years from the approximate date of service to be refunded. I think that time frame is a bit excessive.
Actually, I am not the person who writes the review. My husband went to BenchMark. He got ten treatments. Several times therapists were changed. He was not satisfied with that.
My experience with Benchmark started 12 years ago when I worked with Susan after surgery on my ankle. Then, starting this past Spring/Summer we worked on my Achilles Tendinitis twice. Then we moved on to my neck and shoulders and I just finished therapy for my lower back. I think I've worked with all the staff in one way or the other. ALL of them were awesome! They were kind, caring and and professional, while at the same time they made me feel at home. The therapists (Susan, Taylor, Kelli and Alycia), the techs (Tyler and Scott) and, of course Lisa at the front desk really are wonderful people! I would HIGHLY recommend 'Benchmark Physical Therapy' in Faggagut, TN!
