Lots of yummy, healthy food! My husband got some great ideas for foods to make at home from eating here.
One of our go-to restaurants for breakfast or brunch. Of all the First Watch restaurants in Knoxville, this is our favorite location. They do have standard fare dishes, but those who desire more complex and flavorful food will not be disappointed here. Try the Chile Chorizo omelette, Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon and Roasted Vegetable Frittata, and Eggs Benedict Florentine.
Always a good, hearty breakfast. The food is always fresh and fast, despite the crowd. They have a rotating, seasonal menu that is usually quite delicious. There's almost always a bug crowd on the weekends around brunch time, so plan ahead.
We were seated quickly at about 9:15am, and ordered. Shortly after, there appeared to be confusion among the waitresses about who was going to help our table. Apparently the consensus was nobody. After getting the food from the kitchen, we enjoyed the good food. After finishing and waiting for over 15minutes with not a single person coming to help our table we decided to just go up front and pay. Additionally the tables and glasses for our water were a bit dirty and sticky. Nobody (manager included) offered to help or address the situation.
Great menu selections. Unique dishes cooked perfectly. Long wait on weekends. Not very efficient clearing and cleaning vacated tables.
