Plenty of choices and the employees are extremely nice and helpful. They will go out of their way to help. The adoption events are a lot of fun!
When we walked in with our new puppy, we were approached by several friendly employees who helped us find discounts and coupons on things we needed and helped us find good training treats. They have great prices on toys in their discount bins--always a plus for an energetic young puppy. We even spoke to them about grooming our older, more skittish dog--we just moved to West Knoxville and are having difficulty finding someone like his old groomer who knew how to handle him. They were very encouraging and wanted to find us the right groomer for the job. We'll definitely be looking into their training and socialization classes, and we'll be back for any other needs. I've rarely met such friendly people!

I was trying to find something cute for my dog to wear on Christmas but the selection was lacking. Not very impressed.
They have several foods that Petsmart does not. Love that. Super convenient too. Staff is friendly.
