I went in today to upgrade my existing line. Keith took wonderful care of me. I was in and out in a timely manner, he answered all my questions and didn’t try to push a lot of “add ons” at me. If you go in ask for Keith I was highly impressed!
Horrible!!!! While I was in the store it took them forever to wait on me. Then when my sales person was updating my account one of the other employees very rudely complained that my children were too noisy. My children were sitting in the floor, because there wasn't anywhere else for them to sit, giggling with each other. She didn't offer to turn cartoons on the big screen TV that no one watching for them or anything. Then to make things worse the BOGO promotion that was being offered (and they sold me another phone with) was keyed correctly at the time of sale. So that free phone, yeah, its not free. I have tried and tried to get this resolved. I refuse to step foot into this store after the way my children and myself where treated. I have made several phone calls, they always say that I will be called back. No one has called back. I feel that the team in this store are very unprofessional.

The atmosphere was great and the environment was so friendly and everyone was as well! Zach was great and it was so nice and cool! WAY BETTER than the one on Kingston the ride to TQ is worth it honestly for the service!
This is the 2nd time I've been here since they started the check in services. I have been in the store for at least 45 min and I have to be asked if I had checked in and other people getting checked in before me and I still am not checked in.
