I HATE trying to communicate with Best Buy!@#!! This morning I spent 45 minutes trying to talk to a human, at the store and at the Geek Squad within the store. Finally gave up!!! This happened a few months ago also. This problem needs to be fixed!!!
I went in there looking for a laptop and this dude was in charge of the laptop department. Didn't even know what he was doing and didn't even help me look for a nice laptop for school. When I asked him a question, all he say is "that depend on you." I was gonna leave but this girl Brianna. She went full on describing each laptop and its use. I was very satisfied with the way she's helping me. If you ever need help with anything, ask for a brunette named Brianna!
I went into this store one day before heading to work at the Torrid just a few feet away back in 2014. The employees were EXTREMELY nice and asked me if I was looking for anything specific. I asked if they had the newest Black Veil Brides record at that time (#4) and they led me right to it. Once I made it up to the checkout area, I handed the cashier the coupon I had and they honored it. WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THEIR SERVICE!
Thanks to the salesman that helped me with my purchase. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but he was kind. I love Best Buy's. The employees are always so nice and helpful.
4 stars. Honestly, got 5 star service today, but I've been to this location a few times before and the service has been really lacking. Devan was the man today though! In and out and excellent customer service. Would go back just to work with him again.
